  According to CCTV news,21 local time,the European chip Act officially took effect.The announcement issued by the European Commission on the same day said that the program promotes the industrialization of key technologies through the"European Chip Initiative"and encourages public and private enterprises to invest in the manufacturing facilities of chip manufacturers and their suppliers.

  On September 22,local time,the European Commission announced on its official website that it decided to impose a fine of up to 376 million euros(2.92 billion RMB)on the"monopoly restriction behavior"of the United States chip giant Intel.The reason was between November 2002 and December 2006.Intel abused its dominant position in the CPU market by paying three computer makers to stop or delay the launch of products that carried competitors.
